Make sure ‘Two-UP & Show Gaps Between Pages’ are clicked on, and ‘Show Cover Pages During 2-Up’ is off; you should then see two pages facing each other, even page numbers on the right hand side. You need to view it this way for the text & images to line up properly.
OTHER READERS
In the ‘View’ drop down menu of the application you should find something similar to the other viewers. You want 2 pages facing, but NOT in ‘book mode’; and the even pages should be on the right side.
Double-click open the PDF file once it is downloaded. It should display properly automatically. Please note that the ‘Proposal’ needs to viewed as a ‘two-up’, or in ‘facing pages’ mode. If you are seeing only one page at a time, please check below for how to set your viewer for proper viewing.

Set your PDF Reader to: View > Page Display (or PDF Display) > Single Page. As long as you are viewing the storyboard one page at a time all is well.
